| The game loads no content or the wrong content for your location. | If you are inside a support botanical garden, try restarting the game. Sometimes the GPS will for a brief moment think you are in a location that you are not. |
| The botanical garden I am inside is not supported. | Sadly we do not support all botanical gardens. Reach out to the staff at the garden and ask if they are considering partnering with Minteract and Hidden Garden. |

We collect limited, non-personal information to enable core functionality and improve the user experience.
1. Anonymous User ID
When you launch the app, an anonymous user account is automatically created using Firebase Authentication.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any directly identifiable personal data.
2. Location Data (GPS)
The app uses your device’s GPS to:

3. Camera Use and Plant Identification
You can take photos of plants within the app. These photos are:

5. Donation Links
The app may occasionally display donation prompts inviting users to support a partner botanical garden. These may appear as:
